Complaint Handling Procedures

At Parachute, your feedback matters. We are dedicated to thoroughly investigating any complaints regarding Parachute and if you’re not completely satisfied, we want to hear from you. Please follow the steps outlined below to submit your complaint.

Reach out to us using your preferred method of contact and be sure to include any supporting documents or information related to your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and strive to resolve it within 14 days.

If you are still not completely satisfied, feel free to escalate to our Complaints Resolution Team(see below). In addition, if Parachute cannot resolve your complaint within 14 calendar days, it will automatically be escalated to our Complaints Resolution Team, where our Privacy Officer will review it. If your complaint was closed within the 14-day period but you're unsatisfied with the outcome, you may directly escalate your concern to our Privacy Officer.

The Privacy Officer will review your complaint and provide a response within 30 calendar days from the date your complaint was initially received. If you're not satisfied with the response or have not heard back within 30 days, you may escalate to an external agency.
